Standard pricing: pay by active customers
The number of branches, employees, managers or businesses does not add a separate charge. They are included in Standard, subject to fair use.
Your initial free allowance covers up to 100 active customers.
The 101st active customer triggers payment for the entire first 500-customer block. At 501 active customers, two blocks apply. Paid calculations use the full active-customer total; they do not deduct the first 100.

Estimates exclude unspecified taxes. Included messaging has no extra charge. Annual add-on total assumes 12 months at US$5/month.

Initial free entry covers 100 or fewer active customers with no trial countdown. Rules for returning to the free plan after Standard has been activated are not yet specified.
What counts as an active customer?
A customer no longer counts towards billing after 12 months without activity, while their record remains saved. They count again when they return, and the system adjusts automatically. The qualifying activity events and when changes affect an invoice still need to be defined.
Example: 1,100 → 900 active customers
When 200 customers reach 12 months of inactivity, the active count moves from 1,100 to 900 and the known monthly base changes from US$60 to US$40. The date on which an invoice reflects that change is not yet defined.
Included messaging
Initial free entry includes 500 WhatsApp messages each month. Every paid 500-active-customer block includes 2,500 messages each month. Annual billing still resets the message pool monthly.
One shared pool covers customer OTP, welcome, number-change verification and owner business-creation messages. Five messages per customer is an average, not an individual limit or an additional owner allowance. A 1,000-owner / 1,500-customer split is an example only.
Unlimited email OTP and email updates are included. There is no extra charge for the included messaging allowance. What happens after the WhatsApp pool is exhausted, and whether unused messages roll over, still need definition.
What your loyalty program includes
Build with points, stamps and tiers, using them together or separately. Dashboard controls let you customise storefront themes and layouts. Owners, managers and cashiers have their own views, with mobile and cashier activity syncing to the dashboard. These functions are reported by the owner; live operation has not been independently tested here.
Getting your business owner started
During onboarding, the business owner receives a WhatsApp OTP, followed by a confirmation with the storefront link. Both messages draw from the shared included WhatsApp allowance.
Optional access and app services
Marketing and mobile access
Add marketing and mobile access for an optional US$5 per month. This charge is separate from the app build and store publishing packages.
App build
A one-time US$300 service prepares an app package for submission to the stores.
App build + store listing
The one-time US$500 total package includes the build, submission to both stores, initial listing fees, testing and verification work. It replaces the US$300 build-only package rather than adding to it. Approval remains with Apple and Google. Renewals, account ownership and ongoing maintenance still require confirmation.
Integrations and authorised AI agents
The owner reports support for API workflows connecting websites and POS systems, plus authenticated MCP and chatbot integrations for creating or managing businesses. Exact endpoints, available tools, authentication methods and request schemas have not been supplied. This reference hub provides read-only information.
Payment cycles, grace period and saved data
Monthly and annual billing are available, with no compulsory long-term commitment stated. During up to three active unpaid months, reminders are sent and unpaid invoices accumulate. Operational access is then suspended. Business assets remain saved, and paying outstanding invoices restores access. Retention periods, limited access to assets, annual cancellation and refund rules still need definition.
Refunds
Seven-day request window
Request a refund within seven days of payment if you choose to withdraw, paid accidentally or the payment was made by an unauthorised person.
Proven faults and billing mistakes
If evidence confirms promised loyalty functionality was not delivered, system failure, duplicate customer counts, proration errors or another billing mistake, Fair Loyalty commits to refunding the validated case. A separate deadline for fault/billing claims has not been provided.
Approved refunds returned within seven days
The seven-day processing period starts once the refund is accepted. This is separate from the withdrawal-request window. Refund amount calculation, annual adjustments and app-service applicability still need definition.
Support and recovery
Commitment: fix support tickets delaying or blocking operations within three days. New problems or issues outside our control may need separate assessment; exception timing and calendar/business days are not specified.
Manual reward entry is available in the dashboard to help recover and track rewards when unexpected events disrupt operations. Use authorised dashboard access; detailed permissions and audit behavior are not documented here.
Contact support ↗Availability and reward conditions
The service is designed for access around the clock, but no contractual uptime guarantee is stated. Each business sets earning and reward rules. Do not assume default expiry periods, refunds or redemption conditions.
