Digital loyalty, thoughtfully planned.

What does a loyalty program really cost?

Budget software, usage, rewards and staff time separately. Free entry does not make fulfillment and operations costless.

01Set up the working rule

Estimate card volume, expected messaging and eligible purchases. Multiply redemptions by fulfillment cost and add setup, training and recurring software or usage charges under confirmed terms.

02Separate software cost from operating cost

Budget card-volume charges and any message overages separately from reward fulfillment and staff time. For a small program, record usage monthly even while software entry is free. Installed cards, active-card billing and message allowances need explicit definitions before forecasting the next paid tier.

03Worked example and decisions

Illustration: 20 rewards costing 4 QAR each require 80 QAR for fulfillment. Add staff time and any paid usage separately; this is not a platform price quote.

Rehearse before launch

Use a demo account and the currently supported configuration. These are checks to perform, not claims that the workflow has passed.

  1. Confirm how installed and active cards are counted before estimating free eligibility or paid growth.
  2. Request the actual included message allowances and overage terms rather than assuming unlimited use.
  3. Estimate each reward’s fulfillment cost and the time staff spend recording and redeeming.
  4. Compare a low-usage and higher-usage month with the confirmed commercial terms, not invented local prices.

Keep it practical

The owner-approved entry offer is up to 100 cards without a trial countdown, subject to eligibility and allowances. Paid rates and counting rules remain to be finalized.

A useful next step

Free entry: up to 100 active customers.

Use and test Fair Loyalty free with up to 100 active customers. Customer 101 activates Standard: US$20/month for each started block of 500 active customers, or US$220/year per block.
