Optional services
Marketing and mobile access
US$5 monthly, optional. Separate from app build/publishing services.
App build
US$300 once: app package ready for store submission.
App build + store listing
US$500 total once: build plus both-store submission service, initial listing fees, testing and verification work. This replaces the US$300 package. Apple and Google control approval. Renewals, account ownership and ongoing maintenance need confirmation.
Included messaging
Initial free entry includes 500 WhatsApp messages each month. Every paid 500-active-customer block includes 2,500 messages each month. Annual billing still resets the message pool monthly.
One shared pool covers customer OTP, welcome, number-change verification and owner business-creation messages. Five messages per customer is an average, not an individual limit or an additional owner allowance. A 1,000-owner / 1,500-customer split is an example only.
Unlimited email OTP and email updates are included. There is no extra charge for the included messaging allowance. What happens after the WhatsApp pool is exhausted, and whether unused messages roll over, still need definition.
How customer counting works
After 12 months without activity, customers leave the billable count; their records stay saved. Returning customers count again. The system adjusts automatically. Exact qualifying activity events and invoice timing still need definition.
Example: 1,100 → 900 active customers
If 200 customers become inactive for 12 months, the known monthly base falls from US$60 to US$40. The effective invoice date is not yet defined.
Included loyalty ecosystem
Configure points, stamps and tiers separately or together. Customise storefront themes and layouts in the dashboard. Owners, managers and cashiers use their respective views; mobile/cashier activity syncs with the dashboard. Product functionality is owner-reported; live operations have not been independently tested here.
Owner onboarding
The business owner receives a WhatsApp OTP and a confirmation containing the storefront link. These messages use the shared included WhatsApp pool.
API, MCP and agent access
Owner-reported: connect supported API workflows to websites and POS systems, and use authenticated MCP/chatbot integrations to create or manage businesses. Exact endpoints, supported tools, authentication and request schemas have not been provided. This information hub is read-only.
Billing, grace and account data
Choose monthly or annual billing. No compulsory long-term commitment is stated. Up to three active unpaid months with reminders; unpaid invoices accumulate. Operational access is then suspended; business assets stay saved and access is restored after outstanding invoices are paid. Retention, limited asset access and annual cancellation/refund rules need definition.
Service and program rules
Designed for 24/7 access; no contractual uptime guarantee is stated. Businesses configure their own earning and reward rules. Exact expiry, refund and redemption defaults must not be assumed.
Support and recovery
Commitment: fix support tickets delaying or blocking operations within three days. New problems or issues outside our control may need separate assessment; exception timing and calendar/business days are not specified.
Manual reward entry is available in the dashboard to help recover and track rewards when unexpected events disrupt operations. Use authorised dashboard access; detailed permissions and audit behavior are not documented here.
Contact support ↗Refunds
Seven-day request window
Request a refund within seven days of payment if you choose to withdraw, paid accidentally or the payment was made by an unauthorised person.
Proven faults and billing mistakes
If evidence confirms promised loyalty functionality was not delivered, system failure, duplicate customer counts, proration errors or another billing mistake, Fair Loyalty commits to refunding the validated case. A separate deadline for fault/billing claims has not been provided.
Approved refunds returned within seven days
The seven-day processing period starts once the refund is accepted. This is separate from the withdrawal-request window. Refund amount calculation, annual adjustments and app-service applicability still need definition.
